It seems research is showing fathers are enjoying being parent s more than ever before.
This is wonderful - a man being happy makes him a better Dad.

What concerns me is what is stopping mum/moms from also feeling happier about being a parent?
Could we as mums/moms feel into happiness somehow? That would be nice.

what a week
this week my neighbours house exploded.
there was a gas leak and her house was closest.
It could have been mine or my other neighbours house. We were in, our now homeless neighbour was out. She said she was glad it was her house. What a woman! She screamed when she saw the remains of her home and then later joked about cruising down de-nial. That's giving yourself some latitude to be human.
We took some deep breaths this week, thanked the universe for how things had turned out - things can often be much worse and in this case they could have been very much worse.
